Texas High School Basketball - Cooper routed by City View
November 22, 2025: Wichita Falls, TX 76306 City View Mustangs (Wichita Falls, TX) backers were thrilled Saturday as they saw their basketball team bounce the visiting Cooper Cougars (Abilene, TX), 64-25 in a non-league game.
The Mustangs now have a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Muenster for a non-league game on Monday, November 24. City View will face a Hornets squad coming off a 40-30 non-league win over Holliday (Holliday, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 3-1.
The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Elks enter the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Burleson routed Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX), 51-20, in a non-league game.
