With the victory, Zephyr advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Abilene Christian (Abilene, TX) to meet the Panthers in a non-league battle on Monday, November 24. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 1-1.
The Cardinals now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 25. Lingleville will meet a Longhorns team coming off a 48-21 non-league loss to Baird (Baird, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-2.
