The Plainfield South Cougars bounced the host Metea Valley Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 47-24 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, November 25. Plainfield South will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.

With the loss, Metea Valley falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 2. The Roadrunners come into the test with a record of 4-0.
