In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Santa Gertrudis Academy Lions basketball squad scored a nice 45-25 victory over the Three Rivers Bulldogs.

With the victory, Santa Gertrudis Academy advances its record to 6-6 on the year. The Lions travel to Miller (Corpus Christi, TX) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Monday, November 24. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 2-9. Miller lost 50-38 in their recent non-league match against Veterans Memorial (Brownsville, TX)
