November 22, 2025: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 The Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) ice hockey trounced the host University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 7-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Caledonia for a non-league test on Friday, November 28.
The Knights (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Divine Child nudged Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI), 6-2, in a non-league test.
