Alabama High School Basketball - Douglas fells Geraldine
November 23, 2021: Geraldine, AL 35974 Douglas Eagles (Douglas, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Geraldine Bulldogs (Geraldine, AL), 79-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Douglas upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles host Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 30. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Brindlee Mountain won 57-30 in their recent non-league bout against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Fyffe Red Devils (Fyffe, AL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 24. Geraldine will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 86-71 non-league loss to Cherokee County (Centre, AL).
