Texas High School Basketball - Pleasant Grove nips New Boston
November 23, 2021: New Boston, TX 75570 Pleasant Grove Hawks (Texarkana, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host New Boston Lions (New Boston, TX), 26-24 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pleasant Grove upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Hawks host Atlanta (Atlanta, TX) to play the Rabbits in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Rabbits go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Lions play the Clarksville Tigers (Clarksville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 30. New Boston will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 65-49 non-league win over Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX).
