Georgia High School Basketball - Habersham Central holds off Rabun County
November 23, 2021: Tiger, GA 30576 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA) and the host Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), saw Habersham Central's basketball squad hold off Rabun County by a tally of 44-40.
With the victory, Habersham Central improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 3. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 30. Rabun County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 67-59 non-league loss to Cherokee (Cherokee, NC).
