The St. Thomas More Cougars basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Sam Houston Broncos to 40 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwood for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 27. St. Thomas More will battle a Gators team coming off a 46-42 non-league win over Oak Hill (Hineston, LA). The Gators record now stands at 2-0.

The Broncos (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, UMS-Wright Prep dropped by Hathaway (Jennings, LA), 74-58, in a non-league contest.
