Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX), 55-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Vista Ridge upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rangers travel to Hutto (Hutto, TX) to play the Hippos in a non-league bout on Friday, January 14. The Hippos go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 30. Lake Travis will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
