Louisiana High School Basketball - Tioga holds off Madison
November 23, 2022: Tioga, LA 71405 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Tioga Indians (Tioga, LA) and the visiting Madison Jaguars (Tallulah, LA), saw Tioga's basketball squad hold off Madison by a tally of 43-40.
With the victory, Tioga improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 29. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Avoyelles lost 62-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Block (Jonesville, LA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Tensas Panthers (St. Joseph, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 25. Madison will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 72-37 non-league loss to McKinley (Baton Rouge, LA).
