Georgia High School Basketball - Dacula holds off Lanier
November 23, 2024: Dacula, GA 30019 The Dacula Falcons basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Lanier Longhorns to 70 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Falcons now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host South Gwinnett for a non-league game on Monday, November 25. Dacula will confront a Comets team coming off a 84-59 non-league win over Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA). The Comets record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Lanier falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Monday, November 25. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 1-1. Mount Vernon lost 68-65 in their recent non-league game against Osborne (Marietta, GA)
