In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Islands Sharks basketball team scored a big 74-43 win over the Savannah Classical Academy Spartans.

The Sharks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Richmond Hill was trounced by Beach (Savannah, GA), 59-58, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Cross Stingrays (Bluffton, SC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 5. Savannah Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record.
