California High School Basketball - Mater Academy East Las Vegas nips St. Bernard

November 23, 2024: Playa del Rey, CA 90293

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights basketball team scored a close 68-64 triumph over the St. Bernard Vikings.

The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Stallions go into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, San Juan Hills nipped Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA), 62-48, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Manual Arts Toilers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, November 25. St. Bernard will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Toilers go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 72-54 non-league loss to Mayfair (Lakewood, CA).
