Illinois High School Basketball - Alleman knocks off Macomb
November 23, 2024: Macomb, IL 61455 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Alleman Pioneers basketball team scored a good 45-37 win over the Macomb Bombers.
The Pioneers (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against East Moline United (East Moline, IL). The Panthers come into the Western Big 6 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, East Moline United was topped by Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL), 59-16, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bombers battle the Mercer County Golden Eagles (Aledo, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 26. Macomb will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 56-41 non-league win over Biggsville West Central (Biggsville, IL).
