Illinois High School Basketball - Christ the King crushes Aurora Central Catholic
November 24, 2021: Aurora, IL 60506 Christ the King Gladiators (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL), 48-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Christ the King upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 30. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Chargers play the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Aurora Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
