November 24, 2023: Chicago, IL 60610 The Conant Cougars basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Payton College Prep Grizzlies to 37 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fremd for a Mid-Suburban - West contest on Friday, December 1. Conant will meet a Vikings team coming off a 47-41 non-league loss to Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
The Grizzlies (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
