Illinois High School Basketball - Glenbrook North holds off St. Patrick
November 24, 2023: Northbrook, IL 60062 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) and the visiting St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL), saw Glenbrook North's basketball squad hold off St. Patrick by a tally of 57-50.
With the victory, Glenbrook North improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to confront the Titans in a Central Suburban - South challenge on Friday, December 1. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Glenbrook South won 59-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL)
Next up, the Shamrocks confront the Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. St. Patrick will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The RedHawks come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 43-33 non-league win over Andrew (Tinley Park, IL).
