Illinois High School Basketball - Hinsdale Central overwhelms Oswego
November 24, 2023: Oswego, IL 60543 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) and the host Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL), saw Hinsdale Central's basketball squad wallop Oswego by a tally of 66-39.
With the victory, Hinsdale Central improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Red Devils host York (Elmhurst, IL) to confront the Dukes in a West Suburban - Silver challenge on Friday, December 1. The Dukes come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. York lost 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) in a SouthWest Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Oswego will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL).
