Velma-Alma Comets (Velma, OK) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Drumright Tornadoes (Drumright, OK), 50-30 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Velma-Alma improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Okeene (Okeene, OK) to confront the Whippets in a non-league test on Friday, December 1. The Whippets come into the test with a record of 10-3. Okeene won 40-30 in their recent non-league test against Yale (Yale, OK)

With the loss, Drumright drops to 12-1 on the campaign.
