The Salem Spartans thwarted the visiting Glass Hilltoppers football team by a count of 42-14 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Salem upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Spartans travel to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. The Huskies go into the outing with a record of 12-0. Tuscarora won 24-21 in their recent non-league outing against John Champe (Aldie, VA)

With the loss, Glass moves to 9-4 on the season.
