New York High School Basketball - North Warren Central fells Mayfield
November 24, 2023: Chestertown, NY 12817 North Warren Central Cougars (Chestertown, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mayfield Panthers (Mayfield, NY), 50-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Warren Central upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Warrensburg (Warrensburg, NY) to clash with the Burgers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Burgers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Galway Golden Eagles (Galway, NY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Mayfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
