In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Boyd Yellowjackets basketball team scored a big 80-39 triumph over the Howe Bulldogs.

The Yellowjackets (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bowie (Bowie, TX). The Jackrabbits go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Bowie was crushed by Bells (Bells, TX), 58-51, in a non-league match.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvary Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 2. Howe will face a Lions squad coming off a 60-45 non-league loss to Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX). The Lions record now stands at 1-3.
