Layton Christian Academy Eagles (Layton, UT) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), 61-54 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Layton Christian Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Wednesday, November 26. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 1-1. Pleasant Grove lost 75-46 in their recent non-league game against Lone Peak (Highland, UT)
