November 24, 2025: Indian Trail, NC 28079 The Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), 74-57 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlotte Country Day School for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 25. Porter Ridge will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 74-52 non-league win over Cary Academy (Cary, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-2.
In their next game, the Vikings encounter the North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 28. South Iredell will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 83-31 non-league win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC).
