Georgia High School Basketball - Jefferson fells Chestatee
November 24, 2025: Jefferson, GA 30549 The Jefferson Dragons basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Chestatee War Eagles to 48 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Monday.
The Dragons now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Banks County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 2. Jefferson will clash with a Leopards squad coming off a 52-32 non-league win over East Jackson (Commerce, GA). The Leopards record now stands at 2-3.
The War Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Buford (Buford, GA). The Wolves enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Buford was defeated by Westside (Anderson, SC), 60-40, in a non-league outing.
