The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL) and the visiting Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), observed Tri-Point's basketball team edge Prairie Central by a score of 44-41.

The Chargers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Grant Park (Grant Park, IL). The Dragons come into the River Valley battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Grant Park tipped Grace Christian Academy (Kankakee, IL), 29-27, in a non-league battle.

The Hawks now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympia for a non-league battle on Monday, December 1.
