The Denton Broncos basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Sam Houston Texans to 59 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Broncos now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hirschi for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29. Denton will battle a Huskies team coming off a 53-23 non-league loss to Brewer (Fort Worth, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 0-4.
