Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL), 70-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oswego upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Minooka (Minooka, IL) to clash with the Indians in a SouthWest Prairie bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL) in a West Suburban - Gold bout, on Friday, December 2. Downers Grove South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
