Illinois High School Basketball - Tri-Valley nips Shelbyville
November 25, 2022: Downs, IL 61736 Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Shelbyville Rams (Shelbyville, IL), 58-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tri-Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to St. Teresa (Decatur, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-1. St. Teresa won 55-45 in their recent non-league bout against Calvary (Springfield, IL)
Next up, the Rams play the St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 26. Shelbyville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Sabers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 50-45 non-league loss to LeRoy (LeRoy, IL).
