Minnesota High School Basketball - Humboldt/Open World Learning overwhelmed by Mahtomedi
November 25, 2022: Mahtomedi, MN 55115 The Mahtomedi Zephyrs basketball team scored 86 points and restricted the visiting Humboldt/Open World Learning to 11 in the Zephyrs non-league victory on Friday.
The Zephyrs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stewartville for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 26. Mahtomedi will battle a Tigers team coming off a 71-59 non-league loss to Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
The (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Maranatha Christian Academy was routed by Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN), 83-50, in a non-league contest.
