Texas High School Basketball - Snyder tipped by Abernathy
November 25, 2023: Snyder, TX 79549 The Abernathy Antelopes basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Snyder Tigers to 49 in the Antelopes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Antelopes now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dalhart for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Abernathy will meet a Wolves team coming off a 45-35 non-league loss to Wildorado (Wildorado, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 0-1.
The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lubbock (Lubbock, TX). The Westerners enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Lubbock was nudged by Tascosa (Amarillo, TX), 67-21, in a non-league contest.
