Illinois High School Basketball - East Moline United crushes Wells
November 25, 2023: East Moline, IL 61244 East Moline United Panthers (East Moline, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wells Raiders (Chicago, IL), 65-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Moline United upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Geneseo (Geneseo, IL) to play the Maple Leafs in a Western Big 6 bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Maple Leafs go into the bout with a record of 1-4.
Next up, the Raiders play the Galesburg Silver Streaks (Galesburg, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 25. Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Silver Streaks go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 79-55 non-league win over Ogden International (Chicago, IL).
