Wisconsin High School Basketball - Evansville knocked off by New Glarus
November 25, 2023: Evansville, WI 53536 The New Glarus Glarner Knights basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Evansville Blue Devils to 53 in the Glarner Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Glarner Knights now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edgerton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. New Glarus will meet a Crimson Tide team coming off a 80-58 league win over McFarland (McFarland, WI). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 1-0.
The Blue Devils (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against River Valley (Spring Green, WI). The Blackhawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, River Valley was defeated by Brodhead (Brodhead, WI), 72-52, in a non-league contest.
