Texas High School Basketball - London holds off Jones
November 25, 2023: Corpus Christi, TX 78415 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the London Pirates (Corpus Christi, TX) and the visiting Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX), saw London's basketball squad hold off Jones by a tally of 69-64.
With the victory, London improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Boerne (Boerne, TX) to confront the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Boerne lost 53-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Jay (San Antonio, TX)
Next up, the Trojans confront the San Diego Vaqueros (San Diego, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Jones will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Vaqueros come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 71-39 non-league win over Kaufer (Riviera, TX).
