Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Walker Wolverines (Marietta, GA) and the host Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA), saw Walker's basketball squad knock off Lovett by a tally of 75-61.

With the victory, Walker improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Business Engineering Science Tech (Atlanta, GA) to play the Eagles in a AA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, November 28. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Business Engineering Science Tech lost 78-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Brookstone (Columbus, GA)

Next up, the Lions play the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a AAAA Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Lovett will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 69-43 non-league loss to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL).
