November 25, 2023: Oneida, IL 61467 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL) and the host ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars (Oneida, IL), saw Riverdale's basketball squad overcome ROWVA/Williamsfield by a tally of 56-41.
With the victory, Riverdale improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Morrison (Morrison, IL) to confront the Mustangs in a Three Rivers - West challenge on Friday, December 8. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Cougars confront the Delavan Panthers (Delavan, IL) in a Tomahawk challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. ROWVA/Williamsfield will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 44-41 non-league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, IL).
