Cincinnati Christian Cougars (Fairfield, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Dunbar Wolverines (Dayton, OH), 51-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cincinnati Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Lockland (Lockland, OH) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 29. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lockland lost 51-11 in their recent non-league bout against Reading (Reading, OH)

Next up, the Wolverines clash with the Belmont Bison (Dayton, OH) in a Dayton Public bout, on Monday, November 27. Dunbar will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 63-48 non-league loss to Cincinnati Christian (Fairfield, OH).
