The Myers Park Mustangs topped the visiting Millbrook Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 40-31 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a 3A/4A Queen City game, on Tuesday, November 28. Myers Park will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

With the defeat, Millbrook moves to 0-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Jordan (Durham, NC) to face the Falcons in a non-league game on Tuesday, November 28. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 0-2. Jordan lost 39-32 in their recent non-league game against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)
