Illinois High School Basketball - Comer ripped by Grant Community
November 25, 2023: Fox Lake, IL 60020 The Grant Community Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Comer Catamounts to 17 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnsburg for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 30. Grant Community will battle a Skyhawks team coming off a 52-45 non-league loss to IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Skyhawks record now stands at 0-1.
The Catamounts (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Marist (Chicago, IL). The RedHawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Marist was routed by Perspectives Leadership/Technology (Chicago, IL), 52-45, in a non-league contest.
