With the victory, Montebello advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Oilers travel to Ayala (Chino Hills, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 27. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Phantoms now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Canada for a non-league battle on Monday, December 2. Cathedral will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 43-37 non-league win over West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
