California High School Basketball - Escalon toppled by Bret Harte
November 25, 2025: Escalon, CA 95320 Bret Harte Bullfrogs (Angels Camp, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball team thwart the host Escalon Cougars (Escalon, CA), 50-30 in a non-league contest.
The Bullfrogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Argonaut (Jackson, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Argonaut was topped by Orestimba (Newman, CA), 64-48, in a non-league contest.
Next up, the Cougars face the Tokay Tigers (Lodi, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 2. Escalon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 71-69 non-league win over Union Mine (El Dorado, CA).
