The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), witnessed North's basketball squad rout Mountain Ridge by a count of 79-42.

With the victory, North advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Fairfax (Laveen, AZ) to meet the Stampede in a 5A Metro battle on Monday, December 1. The Stampede come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions encounter the Sunnyside Blue Devils (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 5. Mountain Ridge will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a 6-0 record after their 51-37 non-league win over Pueblo (Tucson, AZ).
