Ohio High School Basketball - Smithville fells Ontario
November 26, 2021: Smithville, OH 44677 Smithville Smithies (Smithville, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ontario Warriors (Mansfield, OH), 55-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Smithville upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Smithies host Chippewa (Doylestown, OH) to play the Chipps in a Wayne County bout on Friday, November 26. The Chipps go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Chippewa won 63-11 in their recent league bout against Rittman (Rittman, OH)
Next up, the Warriors play the Pleasant Spartans (Marion, OH) in a Mid-Ohio bout, on Saturday, December 18. Ontario will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
