Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Elmo/Brownstown Eagles (St. Elmo, IL) and the visiting Father McGivney Catholic Griffins (Glen Carbon, IL), saw St. Elmo/Brownstown's basketball squad overcome Father McGivney Catholic by a tally of 56-48.

With the victory, St. Elmo/Brownstown improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Neoga (Neoga, IL) to confront the Indians in a National Trail challenge on Friday, December 2.
