Ohio High School Basketball - Cardinal Stritch fells Calvert
November 26, 2022: Oregon, OH 43616 Cardinal Stritch Cardinals (Oregon, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH), 59-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cardinal Stritch upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cardinals host Northwood (Northwood, OH) to clash with the Rangers in a Toledo Area bout on Thursday, December 1. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Northwood lost 67-62 in their recent non-league bout against Van Buren (Van Buren, OH)
Next up, the Senecas clash with the Old Fort Stockaders (Old Fort, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River bout, on Friday, December 2. Calvert will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Stockaders go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 83-48 non-league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH).
