Georgia High School Basketball - Gonzaga overwhelms Etowah
November 26, 2022: Woodstock, GA 30189 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) and the host Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA), saw Gonzaga's basketball squad wallop Etowah by a tally of 79-50.
With the victory, Gonzaga improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.
Next up, the Eagles play the Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Etowah will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The War Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 70-43 non-league win over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA).
