Illinois High School Basketball - Saint Ignatius College Prep nudges New Trier
November 26, 2022: Winnetka, IL 60093 Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL), 48-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Saint Ignatius College Prep upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL) to clash with the Celtics in a Chicago Catholic - White bout on Friday, December 2. The Celtics go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Providence Catholic won 56-33 in their recent non-league bout against Reavis (Burbank, IL)
Next up, the Trevians clash with the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 30. New Trier will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 57-51 non-league win over Mundelein (Mundelein, IL).
