Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team nudge the host Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA), 21-14 in a non-league test.

With the win, Western Branch improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Bruins travel to Freedom (Woodbridge, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 13-0. Freedom won 53-21 in their recent non-league test against Patriot (Nokesville, VA)

With the loss, Manchester moves to 11-2 on the season.
