Illinois High School Basketball - Normal University tops Pontiac
November 26, 2022: Pontiac, IL 61764 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Normal University Pioneers (Normal, IL) and the host Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL), saw Normal University's basketball squad knock off Pontiac by a count of 51-33.
With the victory, Normal University upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Springfield Southeast (Springfield, IL) to play the Spartans in a Central State Eight challenge on Tuesday, November 29. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Indians play the Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. Pontiac will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
